Feeling overwhelmed? SAME!

Let’s talk about it! 

 

Lately, WE’VE been feeling a lot—fear, overwhelm, ANGER. The world feels heavy, and if I’m being honest, it’s hard not to let that weight settle into my body. It’s hard not to feel consumed by it. There are days when I catch myself holding my breath, doom-scrolling, carrying tension in my shoulders…. We have all been there! 


If you’re feeling this way too…


ONE it’s ok!! 

And TWO, you’re not alone!!


If I’m being real, I stepped away from my mat for a couple weeks. I felt exhausted by the weight of the world and needed a break. And you know what? That’s okay. Yoga isn’t just about one practice—it’s holistic. It’s about finding peace in the ways that make sense for us in the moment. 


Shout out “CROCHET CRONICLES” 


I’m back on my mat now, not because I forced myself to be, but because I allowed myself to find my way back naturally. 


And if you’ve been feeling lost or disconnected, I just want to remind you that your path to peace doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. 


Find what soothes you, what brings you a sense of calm, and lean into that—whether it’s yoga, crafting, journaling, or simply taking deep breaths.  


You are not alone. I see you. I feel this with you. And we’re going to keep moving through it together, in whatever way feels right.


We’ll get through this together!
